While serving as Director of Marketing & Communications, Northeast Region, for one of the nation’s largest midsize insurance brokerage firms, Kim Keating became a fan of “Triple Bottom Line” strategy: that is, incorporating “People. Planet. Profit.” into an organizational framework designed to achieve long-term objectives and a greater good.
In 2014, Kim founded GIVE Marketing, a socially conscious, purpose-driven business consulting and strategic marketing firm, to focus on this management practice full-time. In addition to strategic planning, GIVE Marketing offers purpose-driven branding, messaging, and communications for stakeholders in multiple industries, such as: manufacturing and distribution, professional services, nonprofit, education, healthcare, technology, and others.
Kim graduated from Rutgers College with degrees in Communications and Psychology. She speaks on purpose-driven strategy, marketing and branding, multi-generational marketing and diversity and inclusion. She lives in New Jersey, with her husband, son and daughter.
